About LDC Resources
Built by people who have been in the room — and in the trenches.
LDC Resources was founded to help businesses navigate growth, corporate change, capital planning, creative strategy, and operational execution with a partner group that has actually done the work.

Founder Bio
Entrepreneur. Connector. Community builder.
Jeff Behymer is rooted in Yukon, Oklahoma, where he lives with his wife Daysha and their three children. With more than two decades in sales and management — including the last 20 years focused on industrial customers and manufacturers — Jeff has built a reputation for relationships that last and organizations that grow.
In 2015, he became managing partner of Spray Tech Systems, helping shape and scale the company until its 2024 merger with PBS Industries. The combined company now operates as Combined Finishing Company, where Jeff serves as President and partner, setting vision, driving strategy, and building for the long term.
Alongside Combined Finishing, Jeff owns LDC Resources, a partnership company founded to help businesses navigate growth, corporate change, capital planning, and creative strategy. He also serves his community through the Yukon Public Schools Board of Education, currently as Board President.
Our Partners
A partner group designed to see the whole picture.
LDC Resources was built by executives who have been in the room where high-stakes decisions happen and in the trenches where real work gets done. The partner group brings hands-on corporate experience across organizational leadership, capital markets, creative strategy, and industrial operations.
Leadership
Growth, turnaround, stakeholder communication, and pragmatic decision-making under pressure.
Capital
Complex capital transactions, ownership transitions, recapitalizations, and value creation.
Creative
Brands built from the ground up with clear stories, market positioning, and audience trust.
Operations
Industrial systems, process improvement, supply chains, and operational execution built to scale.
How the Partnership Works
One team, one table, one goal.
A management challenge often has a financial dimension. An operational problem frequently has a brand story underneath it. A capital raise is almost always tied to how clearly a company’s strategy and execution can be communicated. LDC is built to think across those intersections naturally.
What sets LDC apart
Rather than operating as independent specialists passing work down a line, our partners collaborate across every engagement. Clients get the full weight of a team that has seen nearly every version of the challenge before and knows what it takes to move through it.
The partnership is not just a business structure. It is how we show up.
Directly, pragmatically, and with a genuine stake in helping your business become everything it is capable of being.
